Ingredients

200 g Nuts, almonds

1 teaspoon Baking powder

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

0.5 teaspoons Flaxseed

1 teaspoon Water

7 pieces Egg, fresh

100 g Butter, unsalted

2 spoons Oil, plant, coconut

Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a silicone bread pan, approximately 25 x 10 centimeters, with butter. If using a regular pan, line it with baking paper.

In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

Thoroughly mix ground flaxseeds with hot water.

In a larger bowl, beat the eggs and mix them with an electric mixer for 3 minutes. Add the dry ingredients, then add melted butter and coconut oil, and mix again. Finally, add the soaked flaxseeds and mix well one last time.

Pour the prepared batter into the pan. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Once baked, let it cool on a rack, then slice and serve. Watch the video below to see the bread-making process!
