The bread resembles the classic one in appearance, but its taste and texture are completely different. 350 g Cheese, creamy

60 ml Butter, unsalted

60 ml Oil, olive

60 ml Sweet cream

4 pieces Egg, fresh

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

165 g Egg, egg white, powdered

2 teaspoons Baking powder

1 teaspoon Baking powder

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Grease a loaf pan with olive oil. In a small saucepan, melt the butter or clarified butter over low heat and let it cool slightly.

Place the cream cheese in a large bowl and mix it with a whisk. Add the butter, olive oil, cooking cream, eggs, and salt.

In another bowl, mix the powdered egg whites, cream of tartar, baking soda, and psyllium husk powder. Sift the dry ingredients into the wet ones and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.

Pour the batter into the loaf pan and place it in the preheated oven. Bake the bread for 50 minutes. Once removed from the oven, let it rest on a rack for 15 minutes.
