LCHF Chocolate Tart

The preparation is completely simple, and you will only need seven ingredients, with no flour or sugar. 150 g Nuts, almonds

85 g Butter, unsalted

55 g Powdered sugar

45 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened

300 ml Sweet cream

1 pod Vanilla, extract, natural

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a round (28 cm diameter) or square (36 cm long, 10 cm wide) tart pan with butter.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. In a bowl, mix almond flour, powdered erythritol, and cocoa powder. Pour in the melted butter and mix well.

Press the dough into the tart pan and prick the bottom several times with a fork. Bake for 12 minutes, then let it cool completely.

Roughly chop the chocolate. Pour the cooking cream into a small saucepan and add the vanilla seeds scraped from the pod. Heat almost to boiling, then pour the hot cream over the chocolate. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then gently stir until you get a completely smooth chocolate mixture.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the tart pan and place it in the refrigerator to set completely. Serve with sour cream or fresh strawberries.
