LCHF Egg Bake with Bacon
No flour, unnecessary complications, or a list of unknown ingredients. Quickly prepared bake made from eggs, cheese, milk, and bacon can be enjoyed for breakfast, and it’s also perfect as a light lunch, paired wonderfully with a bowl of salad.

125 ml Milk, whole milk

3 slices Meat, pork, smoked bacon

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Lightly grease a square baking dish with a side of 20 cm with butter and line it with baking paper. Cut two slices of bacon into small pieces, and the rest into longer strips.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the milk, and whisk well with a fork. Add the chopped bacon, 100 g of grated cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Arrange the bacon strips on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the top is nicely golden brown and baked through.
