LCHF Salad with Cheese, Pancetta, and Egg
A rich, nutritious, and very tasty salad with cheese, pancetta, and egg contains no carbohydrates, making it suitable for people following the LCHF diet. The recipes author, Dušan Colarič, who lost 15 kilograms with the help of this diet, says this salad is perfect for him and recommends it for an evening meal.

Ingredients

300 g Endive salad, fresh

1 spoon Oil, olive

2 spoons Oil, plant, nut

1 spoon Vinegar, apple

pieces Salt, table

150 g Cheese, mozzarella

30 g Cheese, Parmesan, hard

6 slice Meat, pork, smoked bacon

2 piece Egg, hard-boiled

Wash the lettuce and dry it well so that the dressing will adhere better to the leaves.

In a small bowl, mix the oil and vinegar well. Dress the salad with the prepared dressing. Mix well and season with salt.

Cut the semi-soft full-fat cheese into cubes or triangles. Use a potato peeler to shave or grate the Parmesan into thin slices. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them as desired. Heat a pan and fry the pancetta without adding oil until crispy. Cook it until it turns golden brown and shrinks by 1/3. Remove the fried pancetta from the pan.

First, serve the lettuce on a plate. Add the semi-soft cheese, pancetta, and eggs, and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
