Thoroughly wash the lemon and dry it completely, then grate the zest, cut it in half, and squeeze out the juice. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to combine the curd, lemon juice, lemon zest, cream, and sugar. Mix until the sugar is completely dissolved and you achieve a creamy mixture.

Pour the mixture into a metal container for making ice cream, cover it, and place it in the freezer for about 6 hours. Stir the ice cream well several times during the freezing process.

Before serving the ice cream, prepare the peanut topping. Place the peanuts on a cutting board and chop them finely with a large knife. Serve the ice cream in suitable dessert bowls, sprinkle with the chopped peanuts, and optionally decorate with chocolate shavings. Present the beautifully decorated dessert to your guests.

Advice
It is best to use an organic lemon, as its peel is not treated with pesticides. If organic lemons are not available, immerse the lemon in boiling water for a few minutes and wipe it thoroughly to remove the wax, which contains toxins. We recommend choosing curd with less fat to save on calories. Transfer the mixture into a flat metal container that conducts heat best, or you can use an ice cream maker. Keep in mind that the ice cream maker should only be filled two-thirds full with the mixture, as it expands during freezing. Store the ice cream in the freezer in well-sealed containers to prevent it from absorbing other odors. If the ice cream has been in the freezer for more than 12 hours, let it sit in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes before serving.
