Ingredients

500 g Lentils, raw

Steps

Rinse the lentils and drain them, then place them in a liter of salted cold water. Place the pot on the stove, and once the water boils, reduce the temperature. Then, cook the lentils slowly in a covered pot for about 25 minutes.

Clean, rinse, and drain the vegetables, then cut them into strips or cubes.

Drain the cooked lentils and let them cool to lukewarm, then add the vegetables and mix well.

Prepare the salad dressing: mix vinegar, finely chopped garlic, and salt. Stir until the salt dissolves. Then, gradually add the oil while continuously stirring. Season the salad with the dressing and mix well. Serve on plates.

Advice
