1 teaspoon Spices, curry powder

1 l Soup base, chicken, cube

0.5 teaspoons Spices, thyme, dried

Steps

Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil. Add cumin and curry powder and cook until the spices are fragrant.

Add celery, carrot, a little water, and salt, and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add diced tomatoes, brown lentils, peas, and pour in vegetable broth and water. Cook covered for 30 minutes.

Season the soup with salt and pepper. Serve with coconut yogurt and bread.
