Steps

Thoroughly wash both types of peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into smaller strips. Thoroughly wash the zucchini and cut it into small pieces. Toss the vegetable pieces into a large bowl and add the lentils.

Crumble feta cheese into the bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add oil and balsamic vinegar, then mix all the ingredients well. Chill the salad if desired and serve it to your guests.
