Advice
Store brownies in well-sealed plastic containers, as they can dry out in the refrigerator and lose their true flavor. They can last in the pantry for 4 to 6 months. If you want to make low brownies, use a classic black low baking dish; if you want to bake voluminous brownies, use a deep metal or heat-resistant glass baking dish. Line the baking dish with parchment paper before baking – it will save you time on cleaning. Let the baked brownies rest briefly on the baking dish to cool slightly before cutting them. If you add nuts to the brownie batter, the best are roasted coarsely ground nuts. To enhance the flavor, pour chocolate glaze (sweet sin) or some homemade jam over the brownies. For a romantic evening, you can cut heart-shaped brownies from the baking dish and decorate them with red rose petals or use flowers as a bed on which to place the brownies.
