Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and peel it. Cut it into smaller pieces and place them in a blender. Drizzle the avocado pieces with lemon juice and mix well. Transfer the avocado to a separate bowl and add yogurt. Peel the garlic and grate it into the avocado sauce, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Thoroughly wash the cilantro and pluck the leaves. Wash the Chinese cabbage and slice it very thinly. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and slice it thinly. Wash the chili, clean it, remove the seeds, and chop it finely.

First, spread the avocado mixture onto the tortillas. Layer the finely chopped and sliced vegetables on top. Sprinkle with cilantro leaves. Roll up the tortillas, wrap them in foil, and place them in the refrigerator. Before serving, cut the rolls in half crosswise.
