Steps

In a bowl, sift the flour and baking powder. Add cinnamon and mix the ingredients well. In another bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg. Finally, add the ground almonds and flour, and quickly knead everything together to form a uniform dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a low baking tray with parchment paper. Lightly flour the work surface and roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 to 4 mm. Use a cookie cutter to cut out hearts and place them on the baking tray. For half of the cookies, you can cut out small hearts in the center or on the side. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
