Ingredients
-
3 cans Fish, tuna, in brine
-
250 ml Sour cream
-
1 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
1 head Endive salad, fresh
-
100 g Fish, salmon, smoked
-
2 twigs Dill, fresh
Steps
-
In a multipraktik, combine drained tuna, sour cream, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut it into small squares. Transfer the mixture from the multipraktik to a bowl and add the bell pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
-
Wash the endive leaves individually and dry them with a paper towel. Choose the inner leaves as they are more crisp, smaller, and easier to arrange on the platter. Place a spoonful of the prepared spread on each leaf and arrange them on a plate or platter.
-
Cut the salmon into smaller triangular pieces. Use a sprig of dill and a piece of salmon to decorate the little boats.
