1 piece Onion, raw
-
3 pieces Egg, fresh
-
3 spoons Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
5 spoon Oil, vegetable oil, canola

3 pieces Onion, young
Steps
-
Wash the liver, remove the skin, and cut it into pieces. Peel, wash, and chop the onion. Place the liver and onion in a multipractic and blend well to make a liver paste. Place an egg in a cup, pour water over it, and place the cup on the stove. Wait for the water to boil, then remove the cup and let the egg sit in the water for exactly 8 minutes. Remove the egg from the water and cool it under cold running water. Peel and chop the egg. Wash and chop the green onion.

In a large bowl, mix the liver paste with flour, salt, and two eggs. Use a hand whisk to mix well until you get a uniform mixture.

Heat a pan over medium heat, add a tablespoon of oil, and cook a smaller and slightly thicker pancake on the heated oil. Cook each side for 2 minutes. Add more oil to the pan as needed and cook the remaining batter following the same procedure.
-
Place the cooked pancakes on a plate, sprinkle with chopped egg and green onion, and serve.
