Lobster Brodet

1 kg Fish, lobster

1 dl Alcohol, Wine, White

10 pieces Potatoes, white

0.5 dl Oil, olive

0.5 bouquet Parsley, fresh

5 pods Garlic, fresh

0.5 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black

Thoroughly scrub the lobster pieces under running water and dry them with a paper towel. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Peel the potatoes, wash them, and then cut them into cubes. Wash and chop the parsley, and peel and cut the garlic into smaller pieces.

In a larger ovenproof dish, first layer the lobster pieces, season them, and sprinkle with parsley and garlic. Spread the potatoes over the lobster, season everything to taste with salt, and drizzle with oil. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. After this time, add water and wine to the dish. Bake for an additional 30 minutes.

Serve the prepared brodet directly in the ovenproof dish. You can also serve homemade bread with the brodet if desired.
