Long Chinese Soup

Ingredients

150 g Cabbage, Chinese (pak-choi), fresh

1.5 spoons Oil, plant, coconut

230 g Meat, pork, pork fish

1.5 l Soup base, chicken, cube

2 spoons Soy sauce, shoyu

0.5 teaspoons Spices, ginger, ground

4 pieces Onion, young

120 g Pasta, noodles, fresh
Steps

Wash the cabbage, remove the core, and slice it into thin strips. Wash the onions, peel them, and slice them into rings. Wash the meat, dry it, and cut it into thin slices.

Heat oil in a wok. Add the cabbage and pork, and stir-fry them together for 5 minutes. Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and season with ginger. Mix the soup well, increase the heat, and let it come to a boil. Then reduce the heat and let it simmer slowly for another 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Add the sliced onions and mix again. Add the noodles and cook them for 4 minutes until they soften. Then remove the soup from the heat, distribute it into smaller bowls, and serve.
