400 g Pasta, Macaroni

100 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated

200 g Cheese, edamame

50 g Cheese, feta

2 spoons Oil, olive

0.5 teaspoons Spices, oregano, dried

0.5 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black

Steps

Fill a pot with water and place it on the stove. Salt the water, then add the macaroni. Cook them al dente and drain.

Grate the cheese into a bowl, then heat olive oil in a larger pan. Add the pasta to the pan and fry it (stirring constantly) for about five minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Sprinkle the cheese over the macaroni and crumble feta cheese, then mix again. If needed, add salt, pepper, oregano, and mix again. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, place slices of Edam cheese on top, and bake for ten minutes until the cheese slightly browns. Garnish with cherry tomato slices and arugula, and serve immediately in the dish.
