Macaroni with Frankfurters

Ingredients

400 g Pasta, Macaroni

2 piece Frankfurter

2 dl Sweet cream

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, white

100 g Cheese, Parmesan, hard

Finely grate the Parmesan. Place a pot with half a liter of water on the stove and add the frankfurters. Wait for the water to boil, then cook on moderate heat for another two minutes. Drain the cooked frankfurters and slice them into rings.

Place a larger pot with a liter of salted water on the stove. Once the water boils, add the macaroni and cook them for the time indicated on the packaging. In a larger pan, heat the cream, add the frankfurter rings, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the macaroni well and mix them thoroughly with the creamy frankfurter sauce. Serve on plates, sprinkle with grated cheese, and enjoy.
