400 g Pasta, Macaroni

3 pieces Fish, Tuna, yellowtail

1 bouquet Parsley, fresh

2 pod Garlic, fresh

Steps

Boil the eggs until hard, cool them, peel, and cut into quarters. Drain the tuna and break it into smaller pieces with a fork. Thoroughly wash a bunch of parsley and chop it finely. Place a larger pot on the stove, add oil, half of the chopped parsley, whole garlic cloves, and tuna. Simmer over low heat for about 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Meanwhile, place a pot with a liter of salted water on the stove. Wait for it to boil, then add the pasta and cook for exactly the time indicated on the package. Drain the cooked pasta well, mix it with the prepared sauce, and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Remove the whole garlic cloves from the pot. Then serve the macaroni in bowls, garnish with egg wedges, and serve to your guests.
