Steps
-
For the preparation of the pastry, we need a deep rectangular baking dish (approximately 40 x 30 cm in size). Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mix flour with baking powder, sugar, eggs, fat, and sour cream to form a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 5 parts, roll them out thinly to the size of the baking dish. Bake on parchment paper, on an inverted baking dish, for 10 to 15 minutes. It is best to roll out the dough directly on a piece of parchment paper and then place it all on the inverted baking dish and bake.
-
In a small amount of milk, smoothly mix sugar, flour, and cocoa. Pour the remaining milk into a pot and heat it. Add the cocoa mixture to the hot milk, stirring constantly, and cook until the mixture thickens. Let the cooked mixture cool and then mix in the margarine, which has been creamed with powdered sugar and rum.
-
Place a baked dough layer in the baking dish and spread it evenly with the cream. Repeat the process until all the layers and cream are used up. Finish with a dough layer, weigh down the pastry, and store it in the refrigerator overnight.
-
Prepare a chocolate glaze from chocolate, margarine, and oil, and pour it over the pastry. Wait for the glaze to set slightly, then cut the pastry into pieces of any size, serve on a plate or platter, and enjoy.
