Ingredients
-
1 bag Cheese, mozzarella
-
2 piece Mango, fresh
-
3 spoons Oil, olive
-
0.5 bouquet Parsley, fresh
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
200 g Meat, pork, loaf
-
1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell
-
300 g Arugula
Steps
-
Open the package of mozzarella, drain it well, and slice it thinly. Thoroughly wash the parsley and arugula, then dry them. Set aside the arugula and finely chop the parsley. Place it in a small bowl and mix with olive oil. Slice the prosciutto thinly. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from both halves.
-
Thoroughly wash the mango, peel it, and place it on a cutting board with the narrow side down. Cut off the thick slices, keeping the knife as close to the pit as possible. Turn the fruit over and repeat the process on the other side. Cut off any remaining flesh clinging to the pit. Then slice the mango into thin pieces.
-
Combine the mango, arugula, and mozzarella in a large bowl and season with salt to taste. Drizzle with lemon juice and mix well. Garnish with prosciutto slices, rolled into "roses." Pour the parsley and olive oil mixture over the top of the salad.
-
Serve the prepared salad to your guests.

Advice
Instead of parsley, you can also use another herb (e.g., cilantro, mint, cress).
