Summer is slowly saying goodbye, but its still not too cold to need to heat up the rooms by turning on the oven. You dont need it for these delicious slices either, but with them, youll bring sunshine and smiles to the faces of everyone who gets to try them.

Ingredients
Base

300 g Breadcrumbs, dried

100 ml Juice, mango

100 g Butter, unsalted
Cream

350 g Cheese, creamy

300 g Sour cream

400 ml Sweet cream

20 g Gelatin powder, unsweetened
Mango jelly

700 ml Juice, mango

4 spoon Sugar, white

70 g Koruzni škrob

40 g Butter, unsalted
Steps

Grease a rectangular baking dish measuring 35 x 24 centimeters with butter.

Mix the ground biscuits with mango puree and softened butter. Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom of the baking dish, smooth it out, press it firmly onto the base, and store it in the refrigerator. While the biscuit base is cooling, prepare the cream.

Mix the cream cheese with sour cream. Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the packet. Whip the sweet cream, then gently and slowly fold it into the mixture of cream cheese and sour cream.

Melt the soaked gelatin and pour it into the other ingredients. Mix well and pour the prepared cream over the cooled base. Wait for the cream to cool completely, then store the baking dish in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, prepare the mango jelly.

Mix the cornstarch with a few tablespoons of water. Mix well to ensure there are no lumps in the mixture. Heat the mango puree until it boils. Add the cornstarch and cook for a few minutes while stirring constantly. Mix the butter into the hot jelly, then let it cool to room temperature.

Pour the mango jelly over the cream. Chill the dessert well in the refrigerator before cutting it into slices.
