Marble Brownies
Brownies are heavenly delicious, and in this version, they are also beautiful to look at. The chocolate base beautifully intertwines with the cream cheese topping, creating a marbled pattern!

Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Prepare a deep baking dish; line the bottom with baking paper and grease the sides well. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the egg until frothy and then mix in the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix everything into a light cream.

Break the chocolate into pieces. Place a saucepan on the stove and fill it with water up to 1/3. Place a metal bowl on top, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water in the saucepan. Cut the butter into pieces. Place the butter and chocolate pieces in the bowl and melt them over the water bath. Stir occasionally. Once the butter and chocolate have melted, remove the bowl from the heat and mix in the brown sugar into the chocolate-butter mixture.

In a separate bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the eggs until frothy and slowly mix in the chocolate-butter mixture. Finally, carefully and slowly fold in the flour. Pour two-thirds of the chocolate batter into the baking dish, then spread the cream cheese mixture over the batter. Add dollops of the remaining chocolate batter on top, spreading it as evenly as possible over the cream cheese mixture. Use a wooden skewer to drag through the top layer several times to mix the filling and dollops well.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the brownies for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the center of the dish is firm to the touch. Once the brownies have cooled, cut them into larger cubes, arrange them on a platter, and serve.
