Ingredients
- 130 g Raspberries
Sirčkova krema
-
300 g Cheese, creamy
-
100 g Sugar, white
-
1 piece Egg, fresh
-
3 spoons Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
pieces Milk, powdered, whole milk
chocolate batter
-
pieces Butter, unsalted
-
250 g Butter, unsalted
-
5 pieces Egg, fresh
-
200 g Sugar, white
-
70 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
120 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
1 pinch Salt, table
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a small rectangular baking dish (23 x 33 cm) with butter and line it with baking paper. In a saucepan, slowly melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and let it cool until lukewarm. In a bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix the sifted ingredients well.
-
Using an electric mixer, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Reduce the speed to medium and slowly mix in the melted butter. Add the dry ingredient mixture and mix until you get a smooth batter without lumps.
-
In another bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, flour, and egg, and mix until you get a slightly creamy consistency. If it's too thick, thin it out with a little milk.
-
Pour 3/4 of the chocolate batter into the baking dish and spread the cream cheese mixture over it. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining chocolate batter on top and spread it as evenly as possible over the cream cheese. Take a knife and make several horizontal and vertical strokes through both mixtures to create a beautiful marble pattern. Sprinkle raspberries on top and gently press them into the batter with your fingers. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
-
When the brownies are baked (a toothpick inserted should come out almost clean), remove the dish from the oven. Let the brownies cool to room temperature, then refrigerate them for several hours to allow the batter to set completely. Once cooled, cut the brownies into larger squares, serve them on a plate or platter, and enjoy.
