Ingredients
Brownie batter
-
230 g Butter, unsalted
-
300 g Sugar, white
-
1 bag Sugar, white
-
4 pieces Egg, fresh
-
150 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
100 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
Cheesecake batter
-
1 piece Egg, fresh
-
250 g Cheese, creamy
-
60 g Sugar, white
-
1 piece Sugar, white
-
pieces Butter, unsalted
-
pieces Blueberry, raw
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Grease a rectangular baking dish measuring 23 x 33 cm with butter. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, and salt.
-
Mix the butter with sugar until you get a light and fluffy mixture, into which you gradually add the eggs one by one. It is important to mix well each time you add an egg. Then sift the dry ingredients into the mixture and mix them into the batter. The batter you get at the end will be very thick.
-
In another bowl, add all the ingredients for the cheesecake batter and mix well. The batter you get will be very thin.
-
Spread a thin layer of brownie batter on the bottom of the baking dish with a spoon, then alternately add dollops of brownie batter and cheesecake batter. Don't forget the frozen fruit if you decided to include it in the recipe. Once both batters are used, take a knife and "draw" through the batter to mix them.
-
Bake the dessert in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Once baked, let it cool first at room temperature, then in the refrigerator, and cut it into pieces before serving.
