Ingredients
-
500 g Dough, puff
-
3 spoons Oil, olive
-
400 g Tomato, red
-
300 g Cheese, mozzarella
-
3 pinch Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
8 pieces Basil, fresh
Steps
-
Wash the tomatoes. Place a pot with a larger amount of water on the stove and wait for the water to boil. Use a knife to remove the stem from the tomatoes, then make a cross-shaped cut on the round side. When the water boils, immerse the tomatoes in the boiling water for 8 to 15 seconds, then remove them from the pot with a slotted spoon and let them cool slightly. Peel the tomatoes. Cut the peeled tomatoes into smaller pieces (remove the seeds if desired). Slice the mozzarella.
-
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Stretch the risen pizza dough to the edges of a greased baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Evenly distribute the tomato pieces over the dough, leaving about a centimeter of empty edge around the perimeter. Sprinkle with salt, then evenly layer the mozzarella on top, and drizzle with oil.
-
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with a little pepper, and garnish with basil leaves.

Advice
If we dont have mozzarella, we can substitute it with any meltable cheese, sliced thinly. Instead of fresh tomatoes, we can also use tomato sauce or canned tomatoes.
