0.5 bouquet Parsley, fresh

1 dl Alcohol, Wine, White

Steps

Rinse the chicken thighs under running water and dry them with a paper towel. Rub them with salt and place them in a bowl. Pour olive oil over them. Rinse the parsley, shake it dry, and chop it finely. Sprinkle it over the thighs. Mix everything well with your hands. Transfer the marinated thighs to a deep baking dish.

Peel the onions and cut the heads into quarters. Arrange the onion pieces in the baking dish. Peel the garlic and cut it into larger pieces, distributing them evenly in the dish. Pour a glass of white wine over everything, cover with aluminum foil, and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator.

The next day, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and take the baking dish out of the refrigerator. Rinse the tomatoes and arrange them in the dish. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake the thighs for 40 minutes. Serve the baked thighs with the vegetables on plates, accompanied by your chosen side dish and a glass of white wine.

Advice
Rosemary, sage, thyme, and basil also pair excellently with chicken. If you dont have time, you dont need to marinate the thighs overnight.
