Ingredients

150 g Fish, Tuna, yellowtail

4 pieces Fish, cockle

150 g Fish, salmon

3 spoons Caviar, red and black

3 spoons Caviar, red and black

1 handful Cherry, fresh

2 spoons Oil, olive
Steps

Thoroughly rinse the tuna, salmon, and swordfish under running water and dry them with paper towels. Rinse and dry the watercress. Slice the tuna into thin slices and then cut each slice into small squares. Do the same with the salmon and swordfish.

Alternately arrange the squares of tuna, swordfish, and salmon on a square plate in sequence. Place a small tip of black caviar on each tuna square. Place a small tip of red caviar on each swordfish square and a small tip of green caviar on each salmon square. Drizzle everything with olive oil and garnish with sprigs of watercress.

Serve the carpaccio immediately or store it in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Advice
If we cant get all the different types of caviar, we can use at least red and black.
