Marinated Lamb Chops
The front section of parried lamb ribs usually includes seven to nine ribs. We marinate the whole piece and grill it, then cut it into individual chops and serve it with a choice of vegetables. Absolutely enticing!

Ingredients

700 g Meat, lamb, back

1 twig Rosemary, fresh

1 piece Onion, raw

3 spoons Oil, olive

1 spoon Vinegar, balsamic

1 spoon Juice, lemon

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

1 spoon Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps

Rinse the whole piece of lamb ribs under running water and dry thoroughly with paper towels. Rinse a sprig of rosemary and dry it. Strip the leaves from the sprig and finely chop them. Peel and finely chop the onion. In a small bowl, prepare the marinade with the chopped rosemary and onion, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix the marinade well.

Place the piece of lamb ribs in a shallow baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Use your fingers to rub the marinade into the meat from all sides. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and marinate the meat in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.

Preheat the grill well. Also, heat the grill grate and oil it. Drain the lamb ribs and place them on the hot grill. Grill each side for 8 to 10 minutes, basting frequently with the marinade during cooking.

Transfer the grilled lamb ribs to a serving platter and serve with a choice of vegetable side dish.
