Ingredients
-
500 g Mushrooms, oyster
-
3 pinch Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black
-
4 spoon Oil, olive
-
4 pods Garlic, fresh

Steps
-
Turn on the broiler in the oven. Clean the mushrooms, quickly rinse them (wipe with a damp cloth), and dry them. Place them in a fireproof dish (baking dish), where you mix them with salt, pepper, and oil.
-
Bake the mushrooms 10 cm under the heated broiler for 10 to 12 minutes. Turn them once or twice during baking.
-
While the mushrooms are baking, peel and finely chop the garlic and sprinkle it over the mushrooms. Bake for another 2 minutes.
-
Transfer the mushrooms to a serving bowl, and pour lemon juice and wine into the baking dish. Mix everything well and use a spatula to scrape the bottom of the dish to loosen the caramelized bits of mushrooms. Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and serve the prepared dish.

The mushrooms can be prepared a few hours before the guests arrive, as they will soak up the sauce well during this time.
