Marinated Pork Chops
Grilled pork chops in an excellent spicy marinade will liven up any party or picnic.

Ingredients

8 pieces Meat, pork, ribs

2 spoons Oil, olive
marinada

2 spoons Mustard

4 spoon Mustard

6 spoon Honey

4 spoon Worcestershire sauce

4 spoon Soy sauce, shoyu
Steps

Wash the meat and dry it well. In a shallow bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the marinade and place the chops in it. Use a brush (or hands) to coat them well on all sides. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Meanwhile, prepare the grill and heat it well. Take the chops out of the marinade and let the excess marinade drip off. Save the excess marinade. Brush the chops (with a brush or a rosemary sprig) with olive oil. Grill them for 5 to 7 minutes on each side. While grilling, baste them a few times with the marinade.

Let the grilled chops rest for 10 minutes, then serve them on plates and enjoy.
