Break the biscuits into smaller pieces. Peel the bananas and slice them thinly, then drizzle with lemon juice to prevent them from browning.

Using an electric mixer, whip the mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla aroma, and sweet cream into a firm cream.

Prepare the glasses in which you will serve the dessert. Layer the delicate cream, bananas, and crispy biscuits alternately. Start with the biscuits and finish with the sliced bananas.
