300 g Pasta, noodles, fresh

150 g Meat, chicken, breasts

1 piece Onion, raw

0.25 piece Caraway, fresh

2 piece Carrot, fresh

1 piece Leek

2 spoons Oil, olive

0.5 dl Alcohol, Wine, White

In a deep pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion until golden. Add the chicken cut into strips, season with curry, and simmer for a few minutes. Stir occasionally.

For a fuller flavor, add sliced leeks and carrots. Add broth as needed to create a thick sauce. Season with salt to taste. Cook for another 10 minutes over medium heat to allow the flavors to blend. Optionally, add white wine. Stir frequently. A few minutes before finishing, add finely chopped dill and season generously with marjoram.

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for 5 minutes, drain, and mix with the prepared sauce. Stir and serve immediately.
