Meat from Broth in Sauce

300 ml Soup base, beef, cube

Steps

Cut the beef into smaller cubes. Chop the onion, dice the carrot and celery into smaller pieces, and finely mince the garlic.

Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pot and sauté the onion, carrot, and celery for about 5 minutes. When the vegetables are slightly browned, add the garlic.

Once the garlic becomes fragrant, add the tomato paste and sauté a bit more. Then add the peeled tomatoes, meat, broth, bay leaf, and marjoram. Stir and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.

Finally, mix in the cooking cream and sour cream, and season with salt and pepper.
