Ingredients
-
400 g Dough, puff
-
300 g Meat, pork, ground
-
20 g Butter, unsalted
-
2 piece Egg, egg yolk, fresh
-
2 spoons Cheese, Parmesan, grated
-
1 handful Breadcrumbs, dried
Steps
-
Melt butter in a pan and sauté the ground meat until evenly browned on all sides. Add a handful of breadcrumbs and mix for another ten minutes. If the mixture is too dry, you can add a little water. Remove the cooked mixture from the heat and let it cool. Once cooled, mix in two egg yolks and two tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly.
-
Divide the prepared pasta dough into two parts and roll them out on a floured surface to a thickness of two millimeters. On one rolled-out piece, place a teaspoon of the meat filling at five-centimeter intervals in the center. Then cover with the other rolled-out piece and press firmly around the filling with your fingers to seal the dough.
-
Use a serrated wheel to cut between the fillings, creating a heartwarming pattern and evenly sized squares.
-
Drop the ravioli into salted boiling water and cook for no more than five minutes.
