Ingredients
-
20 dag Meat, beef, fillet - lung roast
-
45 g Mushrooms, mauve
-
pieces Oil, olive
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, paprika
-
pieces Oil, olive
-
50 dag Spinach, raw
-
10 g Pine nuts
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
pieces Bread, wheat
Steps
-
Wash the meat and dry it thoroughly. Remove any skin and sinew from the meat. Cut it into pieces and grind it finely two (or three) times. Gradually add black truffle paste and flavored olive oil. In a small bowl, mix paprika with a little olive oil. Add the mixture to the ground meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Knead everything well so that all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
-
Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan. Shake the pan several times to prevent the pine nuts from burning. Transfer the toasted pine nuts to a smaller bowl.
-
Clean the spinach, wash it, and dry it well. Quickly sauté it in a little olive oil. Mix the sautéed spinach with the toasted pine nuts. Season with salt to taste. Let the prepared spinach cool.
-
Slice the bread thinly. Cut smaller pieces from the center of the bread in any desired shapes (circles, stars, squares, etc.). Top the cut bread pieces with spinach, then add the meat-truffle spread on top.
-
Serve the prepared snacks on a plate and offer them with a glass of good wine.
