30 g Cheese, Parmesan, hard
Steps
- Thoroughly clean the arugula, wash it, and dry it. Evenly spread it on a round wooden board. Take the mozzarella out of its packaging and drain it. Slice the Milano salami thinly, then gently fold the slices and carefully arrange them in a semicircle on the arugula. Use a cheese knife to slice the Parmesan thinly and place the slices on the salami. Place the mozzarella on the board and serve the prepared appetizer with homemade bread.
