Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes, then place them along with all the other ingredients into a food processor or blender. Mix just enough to combine the ingredients.

Shape the mixture into walnut-sized meatballs. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake the meatballs for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 73 degrees Celsius.

While the meatballs are baking, mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Serve the sauce with the baked meatballs.
