300 g Tomato, red

250 g Cheese, mozzarella

100 g Olives, black, in brine

Steps

Wash the tomatoes and slice them; larger ones into slices, smaller ones into halves. Wash the pepper, cut it in half, and remove the seeds. Slice it into strips. Drain the mozzarella and slice it (or tear it into smaller pieces). Drain the olives.

Mix the sliced vegetables, mozzarella, and olives in a salad bowl.

In a small bowl, prepare the dressing: mix the oil, vinegar, spices, capers, and crushed garlic well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Wash the basil, shake it dry, and roughly chop the leaves.

Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and toss everything well. Sprinkle with chopped basil and serve on plates.
