Ingredients

150 g Bread, wheat

2 piece Meat, pork, ground

2 piece Salad, ice

8 slice Tomato, red

1 piece Onion, raw

4 slice Cheese, edamame

2 spoons Mayonnaise

1 spoon Parsley, fresh

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

4 spoon Oil, olive
Steps

Cut the bun into three parts with a knife. Wash the vegetables and dry them with a paper towel. Tear the lettuce leaves into smaller pieces if desired, and slice the tomato and onion into thin rings. Chop the parsley and mix it in a bowl with salt and pepper. Mix with your fingers.

Place a pan with oil on the heat and cook the patties in the hot oil on both sides until they get a nice brown color. Cook on moderate heat! Once cooked, drain them on a paper towel and coat both sides in the bowl with the spices.

Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on the bottom slice of the bun. Add a lettuce leaf, tomato and onion rings, then place the patty and cheese on top. Close with the middle slice of the bun, which you again spread with mayonnaise and layer with all the remaining ingredients. Cover the burger with the top part of the bun and serve.
