Advice
Store the prepared syrup in a cool place, and once opened, keep it in the refrigerator. Diluted melissa syrup can also be prepared in a larger pitcher, which is placed in the refrigerator for a few hours to cool down. It is best to use organic lemons, whose peel is not treated with pesticides. If organic lemons are not available, immerse the lemon in boiling water for a few minutes and wipe it well to remove the wax, which contains toxins.
