Ingredients

400 g Green beans, soaked

1 piece Onion, raw

1 piece Bell pepper, green, fresh

2 pod Garlic, fresh

40 g Margarine

2 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, chili powder
Steps

Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Thoroughly wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut it into small pieces. Drain and rinse the beans under running water. Save a few pieces of red onion and green bell pepper for garnish.

Place a pan on the stove and set it to medium heat. Melt the butter and sauté the onion and garlic for about five minutes. Then add the chopped green bell pepper and the drained beans. Cook everything together, stirring occasionally, until all the ingredients are well heated.

Season with salt to taste and sprinkle with a pinch of chili. Mix the ingredients well and mash or blend them with a hand mixer.

Serve warm in a small bowl as a side dish. Finally, garnish the dish with the reserved pieces of chopped onion and green bell pepper.
