Ingredients

4 pieces Corn, yellow, fresh

2 spoons Mayonnaise

2 spoons Sour cream

1 teaspoon Spices, chili powder

In one bowl, mix mayonnaise and sour cream, and in another bowl, mix chili, salt, and pepper. Rinse the cilantro under running water, shake it well, and chop it coarsely.

Brush the corn cobs with olive oil (using a brush) and grill them on a preheated grill. Grill them for 10 to 15 minutes, turning them occasionally to ensure they are evenly cooked on all sides.

Remove the grilled corn from the grill and first coat them with the mayonnaise and sour cream mixture, then sprinkle with the spice mixture, grated Parmesan, and chopped cilantro. Finally, drizzle the corn with lime juice and serve while still hot.
