Mexican Lemon Pork Chops

Ingredients

4 pieces Meat, pork, ribs

2 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

1 piece Orange, fresh

10 twig Coriander, leaves, fresh

10 twig Parsley, fresh

1 teaspoon Spices, cumin, seeds

1 pod Garlic, fresh

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

2 spoons Wheat germ oil
Steps

Rinse the pork chops under running water and dry them with a paper towel. Rinse the parsley and cilantro, shake them well, and finely chop them. Peel the garlic, rinse it, and mince it with a knife. Cut the lemon and orange in half, then squeeze the juice from them.

In a large bowl, pour the lemon and orange juice, add the garlic, chopped parsley, cilantro, salt, pepper, and cumin. Mix everything well and immerse the chops in this marinade. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Turn the chops several times in between.

Take the marinated chops out of the refrigerator and preheat the grill to the highest temperature. Lightly oil the grill, then grill the chops. Cook them for 7 minutes on each side until they are well seared. Serve the grilled chops immediately with your chosen side dish.
