Milk Semolina with Butter and Cocoa
If we were to choose the most beloved childhood dish, we are sure that milk semolina, or gres as we like to call it, would definitely receive a lot of votes. It is a simple milk porridge that our mothers and grandmothers prepared for us for breakfast or dinner, and the best feeling was when you could sprinkle cocoa powder on top yourself and watch it melt, turning the milk semolina into a chocolate treat.
