Steps

Bring a large amount of water to a boil in a pot. Carefully place the eggs into the boiling water using a spoon and cook them for exactly eight minutes. Drain the boiled eggs and rinse them with cold water. Peel the cooled eggs.

Cut the eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks. Arrange the egg white halves on a serving plate.

In a bowl, mash the yolks with a fork and mix them with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until you get a smooth cream. Fill the egg white halves with the yolk cream, sprinkle with paprika, and garnish with parsley leaves.
