Mini Zucchini Patties with Cheese

2 piece Egg, fresh

60 g Breadcrumbs, dried

100 g Cheese, edamame

1 pod Garlic, fresh

Steps

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a low baking dish with parchment paper.

Wash the zucchini and grate it onto a clean kitchen towel. Wrap it up and squeeze out the excess moisture.

Mix the grated and squeezed zucchini with all the other ingredients, finely chopping the garlic clove.

Place heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking dish, shaping them slightly if desired.

Bake the patties in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, until they turn golden brown. Serve hot, along with your chosen sauce and/or a bowl of salad.
