Thoroughly wash fresh mint and shake it dry, then tear the leaves and roughly chop them. Place a small pot on the stove, add water and sugar, and bring the liquid to a boil while stirring constantly.

Then remove the pot from the stove, mix in the mint, and quickly press all the ingredients with a wooden masher. Wait at least 20 minutes for the sauce to cool properly. Then stir in the vinegar and season the sauce with salt. Serve it in a special bowl and offer it to your guests.
