Ingredients
Base
-
300 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
100 g Butter, unsalted
Dressing
-
150 g Cooking chocolate, unsweetened
-
150 ml Sweet cream
-
3 spoons Honey
-
150 g Powdered sugar
Filling
-
100 g Cooking chocolate, unsweetened
-
100 g Butter, unsalted
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
100 g Sugar, brown
-
100 ml Sweet cream
Steps
-
Place a saucepan on the stove and melt the butter in it. Crush the cookies into a bowl and crumble them well. Pour the melted butter over them, then mix everything well and knead. Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom of a pie dish.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. To prepare the filling, melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over moderate heat. While heating, stir them several times with a whisk to obtain a smooth chocolate mixture. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it sit in a warm place. Then, in another bowl, use an electric mixer to combine brown sugar, eggs, and sweet cream. Once you have a frothy mixture, pour the melted chocolate into it. Mix the batter well with a whisk, then pour it into the pie dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
-
Take the baked pie out of the oven and let it cool. Combine all the ingredients for the topping in a larger pot and stir constantly until you get a smooth and silky mixture. Set it aside to cool slightly, then pour it over the chocolate base. Wait for the topping to cool and set, then cut the pie into slices and serve with sweet cream.
