Peel the garlic, grate it, and finely chop it. Thoroughly wash the meat, cut it into cubes, and grind it twice. Season it to taste with salt and pepper, and add spices (garlic, coriander, cumin, and thyme). Add water and mix the ingredients well with clean hands. Store the mixture in a covered container in a cool place for at least two hours.

Advice
